Cancellation Policy
*READ BEFORE BOOKING*
LATE POLICY: I have a 5 minute grace period for all services if you arrive more than 5 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a no-show & will be charged the 50% no show/cancelation fee.
CANCELATION POLICY: You must cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a charge of 50% of your services. If you cancel on the day of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the services booked !
NO SHOW POLICY: No shows will be charged 100% of your services.
PAYMENTS: All card transacations are 3.5% processing fee, pay with cash to avoid this fee. Venmo, Cashapp, PayPal, and Zelle will not be accepted.
REFUND POLICY: All services and gift certificates are final!
